Holiday Rental Service
An important element of our Property Management Service is caring for holiday rental guests if the property is offered for holiday lettings. We have been overseeing and managing guests staying in properties in our care since 2008 by either handling the rental process from initial enquires through to the guest’s holiday or working in tandem with Holiday Letting Agencies who represent the property.
We cover everything from coordinating booking schedules working with the appointed agent, making sure the changeover process ensures the property is presented to a high standard, meeting and greeting guests and being on call during their stay, if needed. With our service we offer a range of add-ons, which are available to rental guests to add an extra layer of luxury to their stay and embellish memories of their holiday. This covers a shopping service, before and during their stay, arranging for a chef or catering company to cater for a lunch/supper or celebration, arranging private tours of a select number of ‘must see’ places South Devon has to offer through to boating, sailing or flying experiences.
We bring the experience of a hospitality background based on the management of some of London’s most prestigious restaurants and private clubs. This knowledge is a great resource to ensure everything is ‘just so’, our owners are represented to the highest standard and rental guests are given an extra layer of personal service, whatever their budget, they may not receive elsewhere.
In short, offering a considered, knowledgeable and experienced service often results in repeat bookings or recommendations, something we pride ourselves in when this happens as confirmation we are doing our job.
