Once commissioned, we will draw together all properties that fulfil your criteria and view them. Following this element of the process, we will meet and discuss, in detail, the merits and disadvantages of each property to then agree a short list of properties to view. This process will be repeated, if we are not successful, until we are instructed to offer.
