The only need to travel to the region is when suitable properties have been identified and an itinerary of viewings has been arranged and agreed.

Colleagues will be on hand to accompany you around each selected property in order to assess and determine suitability for your needs. When the right property has been identified and the offering process begins, our experience in the local markets allow you a huge advantage to ensure that you pay the right price for your chosen property.

Once the purchase is complete, we offer a supplementary service. We can Project Manage and oversee any building works or improvements that may be required; for example, If you need to set up a network of services to maintain the property and to carry out any work, reliable companies and individuals offering high standard services can be identified and introduced.
